Arjan has been a trusted advisor to multiple government agencies and major international projects, facilitating high-profile interoperability test events and contributing to the development of secure systems for digital identification. He is also a frequent speaker at global conferences, sharing his expertise in digital identity, cybersecurity, and the future of secure digital ecosystems.
Sanne Ketelaar
Sanne Ketelaar has over 15 years of experience leading strategic initiatives across digital identity, cybersecurity, and payments. Her expertise spans managing complex projects, driving innovation, and delivering impactful results for global clients. Sanne has led major projects, including the Iowa DOT mDL project, one of the first U.S. mobile driver's license implementations, and the creation of an eID Scheme offering independent testing for ISO/IEC 18013-5 compliance for UL Solutions.
As the founder of her own digital identity consulting company, she advised on the European Digital Identity framework, helping shape digital identity policies and solutions. Sanne is also an experienced speaker, sharing her insights on digital identity and mobile payments at industry-leading events like Money 2020 and the Secure Technology Alliance.
Sanne recently brought her expertise to an AI startup and has now returned to the digital identity space, where she is consulting as an advisor for Austroads and the EUDI Wallet project. With a wealth of experience in product management, program leadership, and cybersecurity, Sanne is now helping to shape the future of emerging technologies in the digital identity sector. Her deep understanding of both technology and business strategy enables her to guide key initiatives and drive innovation in the field.
Kees Geluk
Kees is a highly experienced software developer and consultant with over 15 years of expertise in creating and maintaining complex software systems across diverse industries. He is currently advising Fime (formerly UL Solutions), where he focuses on the development and maintenance of software for the RDW (Dutch Road Traffic Agency), particularly in the areas of smartcards, including driver’s licenses and vehicle registration cards.
With a strong background in secure digital identity solutions, Kees has contributed to significant projects such as the EU Digital Identity Wallet and Google’s Identity Credential Wallet. His technical skills span .NET development, Java, and working with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) to build secure applications, alongside his expertise in test design for digital identity systems.
Midway through his career, Kees transitioned into theological education in Costa Rica, where he contributed social programs in churches and served as a theology lecturer. This unique chapter in his professional journey enriched his perspective, allowing him to combine his technical skills with a deeper understanding of leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration. After several years in this field, Kees returned to software development, bringing with him a broader, more strategic approach to his work in technology.
